摘要

铝材是有色金属中使用量最大,应用面最广的金属材料,铝及铝合金制品,因为其优越的性能,使得在在我们日常生活中应用相当广泛,为了增加表面有耐磨、耐腐蚀、美观性,我们会对铝及其合金,进行铝表面阳极氧化处理。使得铝制品获得色彩缤纷的外观,满足现代社会人们的审美需求,更有效发挥产品的功能和使用效果。但是在染色工艺中,会产生有颜色的废水。本文主要针对在废水处理过程中,有机染料(有颜色),如何快速低成本处理,进行研究,从而达到合格排放的过程。

Abstract

Aluminum is the most widely used and widely used metal material in non-ferrous metals. Aluminum and aluminum alloy products are widely used in our daily life because of their superior performance. For corrosion resistance and aesthetics, we will anodize the aluminum surface and its alloys. It makes the aluminum products have a colorful appearance, meets the aesthetic needs of people in modern society, and more effectively exerts the functions and use effects of the products. But in the dyeing process, colored wastewater is produced. This paper mainly focuses on how to treat organic dyes (colored) quickly and at low cost in the process of wastewater treatment, so as to achieve the process of qualified discharge.
