摘要
聚乙醇酸(PGA)作为可降解高分子材料应用前景广阔,但乙醇酸甲酯催化缩聚制备工艺存在参数匹配不合理、产物性能不稳定等问题。本文系统优化了催化剂体系、预聚合、固相缩聚及封端工艺,明确关键参数的最优组合与作用机制。研究结果为高分子量聚乙醇酸的稳定、高效工业化制备提供可靠的技术支撑。

Abstract
Polyglycolic acid (PGA), a degradable polymer material, demonstrates broad application prospects. However, the catalytic polycondensation process using methyl glycolate as a catalyst faces challenges such as suboptimal parameter matching and unstable product properties. This study systematically optimized the catalyst system, pre-polymerization, solid-phase polycondensation, and end-capping processes, identifying the optimal combination of key parameters and their underlying mechanisms. The findings provide reliable technical support for the stable and efficient industrial production of high-molecular-weight polyglycolic acid.
